WebLegendary Weapon Bonds pull the UE and Innate Perk of the bonded weapon. Exotics have no UE's or Innate Perks. They have Exotic Specials, which are not transferred via bonds. Bonding an Exotic to a Legendary would be literally bonding nothing at all to it.
