If your provider is unavailable (due to illness or vacation) we offer the Bright Horizons Back-up Care™ to assist. WebBack-up care is only available on days when you are working at JPMorgan Chase. To use the back-up care, you must register in advance, and then make reservations when care is needed, up to 35 days in advance.
