WitrynaThe dev who talked about this patch pretty much implied that the buffs to Orisa were because she is good against hog and they want him to be less of the meta before his nerfs/rework go live. If Orisa is truly too strong with these buffs they will probably bring her back down a bit in the midseason patch.
