WebThe North Texas JATC is part of the most extensive electrical Apprentice training program in the United States. NTJATC is also affiliated with North Lake College in the Dallas Community College District. It lasts 5 years, which divides 8,000 hours of OJT and 192 hours of in-class learning. WebThese two organizations work with local union contractors to provide training through Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees (JATCs). This partnership is known as the Electrical Training Alliance . You should expect to take an aptitude test as a part of the application process for a union program.
